Ladies and Gentlemen,

For those of you who made it tonight to the post WCCX series get together for those racing, wanting to race and general club members, we apperciate you showing up.  It was a good time and we had obviously more people then expected which bodes well for an evovling race program! For those of you who missed it, it was a good time as we recapped the winter's racing as well as discussed sponsorship benefits, the up comming criteriums in January and February, as well as the remaining 2 Germantown Cross Races in February.

A few notes of interest:

- The jersey/kit development should be ready for proof later this week as Noah finishes redoing the final touches based on sponsors.

- We've come up with some initial ideas on how to grow juniors within the organization and some focus riders

- We will continue to seek to develop women riders but see gaining women as our biggest challenge right now so anyone who's interested is more then welcome!

We'll continue to have these get togethers for those interested in racing perodically as we cap various season milestones.  If you're interested in racing, please contact Joe, Noah, Tom Brew, or anyone else in the racing program.
